Kentish Town
Kentish Town is an area of north west London, in the London Borough of Camden. Many old buildings remain in Kentish Town, albeit hidden behind the facades of modern shops or neglected, and it is still possible to get a good impression of Kentish Town's heritage in present-day NW5. Kentish Town has always been noted for its pubs and bars. Kentish Town has a fairly large boundary, stretching from Camden Gardens to as a far north as the Highgate Road/Gordon House Road junction near Dartmouth Park. Kentish Town generally includes the areas to the west, around Queens Crescent and to the east around Torriano.
Dartmouth Park
Dartmouth Park is a district of north London in the Borough of Camden, on the slope of the hill that rises up to Highgate from Kentish Town. Dartmouth Park is a quiet residential area with a mixture of residents, from young professionals and families through to retired couples. To the north lies the Holly Lodge Estate and then Highgate. Dartmouth Park is separated from Kentish Town to the south by the Gospel Oak to Barking railway line. The former park on the area covered what is now Waterlow Park and Highgate Cemetery. With Camden just a hop and skip away you can take advantage of its world-class nightlife.
Gospel Oak
Gospel Oak is an inner urban area of north London in the London Borough of Camden below Hampstead Heath. It is bordered by the more affluent areas of Belsize Park to the west, Kentish Town to the south, Eastern Hampstead to the North and Dartmouth Park and Tufnell Park to the east. Expect to find many tree-lined streets in Gospel Oak, especially in the Mansfield conservation area. There are lots of Victorian and Edwardian houses yet to be converted into apartments. Gospel Oak railway station is served by London Overground (formerly Silverlink) services on the North London Line and the Gospel Oak to Barking line.
