Islington
Known for its diverse and artistic residents, Islington has a wealth of cultural and attractive amenities. Gentrification has done little to dampen the area’s community spirit but has seen young professionals move to some of Islington’s contemporary developments.
Edwardian and Georgian family homes are still the mainstay, with tree-lined streets ideally placed to access the area’s excellent schools.
Hornsey
Situated between Crouch End and Muswell Hill on one side, and Wood Green on the other. Homes are predominantly late Victorian and Edwardian terraced properties although there are several modern developments in the area too.
With large residential area, plenty of good schools, lively shopping streets and leafy surrounding parks, this pocket of Haringey borough is thriving, and shows no signs of declining in popularity,
Tufnell Park
Lively and full of community spirit, Tufnell Park is nestled between Islington, Kentish Town and Hampstead Heath.
Victorian-style properties set the scene, ranging from terraced houses to stunning cottages with sumptuous interiors. Independent businesses fill the high street and noteworthy dining venues keep residents well fed.
Archway
Archway is an area of North London in the London Borough of Islington, a great transition point for those tired of the city but not quite ready for full-time suburban. It has excellent transport links and the majority of the properties for sale in Archway are from the Victorian era, with some quite imposing houses set around Highgate Hill.
Home movers love Archway because of its transport links that connect the neighbourhood with the rest of the capital.
Upper Holloway
Upper Holloway is a district in the London Borough of Islington, London. The name has fallen out of common use and the area is generally regarded as being a part of Archway. The use of 'Upper Holloway' is most often used for Upper Holloway railway station. Upper Holloway is the original designation of the N19 postal district. The classic late Victorian comic novel Diary of a Nobody is set in Upper Holloway.
