Paul K Zaad started working as an estate agent in 2011. Since starting in the industry he has successfully covered vast areas of North London - ranging from N16, N19, N4 to NW5. From early on in his career, Paul’s capabilities as a successful negotiator was proven in his commitments to help develop an independent agency into a dominate and reputable franchise within North London.
With his qualification at London School of Economics and Political Science in ‘Real Estate Economic and Finance’, Paul offers private trainings to estate agents and brokerage. Seeking a higher challenge, Paul joined several market leaders in real estate and worked his way up the ranks, before joining Fine & Country.
Paul’s key to his success is understanding the emotional journey of his client. “If any property has not been given full attention regardless of the price, it will always lose out from its true achievement and maximum potential. One of the reasons a property price reduces within a few weeks or a property stays on the market for more than 6 month is down to inexperienced agents.
Paul brings with him a vast array of experience, world class customer service and a proven track record, that has won him multiple awards throughout his career. His unique negotiation skills and customer relations are amongst this key traits - the winning factor behind his exceptionally high customer return rate. He has proven time and again that he is able to close deals which far exceed his customers’ expectations.
In his spare time, Paul loves to read and has a profound passion for Psychology and human behaviours. He has always had a curiosity and desire to learn more about the factors that impact our decision making and this shows in his unique sales approach.
